Admission Policy
In our voluntary aided school, we as Governors are responsible for the admission of pupils. The criteria for admission and the order of priority is our responsibility and we have a duty to preserve and develop the character of the school. The standard number of the school is 38. The policy of the Governing Body is to admit up to the standard number in accordance with the following categories of priority.
1. Baptised Catholics who have brothers or sisters in the school at the time of admission.
2. Baptised Catholics living within the boundaries of the Parish of Our Lady & All Saints Church, Stourbridge.
3. Non Catholics who have brothers or sisters in the school at the time of admission.
4. Baptised Catholics living beyond the boundaries of the Parish of Our Lady & All Saints Church, Stourbridge.
5. Baptised Christians who have the support of their priest or minister.
6. Children of families committed to other faiths who have the support of their ministers.
There are two admission dates for children into the Reception Class. Children who are 5 years old between 1st September and end of February are admitted in September and children who are 5 years old between 1st March and 31st August are admitted in January.
