Complaints Procedure
Regarding School Curriculum and Related Matters.
The Governors would hope and expect that any complaint could be resolved through informal discussion between parents and the Headteacher.
The Local Authority has however, established a formal procedure for any complaint which cannot be settled in this way. The Archbishop of Birmingham has separate arrangements for the consideration of a complaint about Religious Education and Worship.
