AIMS OF ALL THE STAFF
The promotion of good relationships and communications in the school.
The promotion of Gospel values such as truth, love and justice.
The development of each child in their academic and personal potential so that they are aware of their own gifts and have a sense of their own worth.
The in-service training of members of staff to meet their own professional needs and the needs of the school.
To involve children in what and how they learn.
To promote recording and assessment procedures which satisfy the needs of children, teachers and parents and which include children's self assessment.
To encourage an awareness and tolerance of other cultures and life styles and the need for equal opportunities.
To use resources to the best advantage to ensure that the curriculum provision is adequate for all children.
